‘PROVE Wine & Cheese’ – 2nd edition in Viseu from 29 to 31 May.

The 2nd edition of PROVE Vinho & Queijo returns with new dates and promises an even richer experience.
From 29 to 31 May, the 2 de Maio Market in Viseu will be transformed into a veritable showcase of flavours and traditions. Over the course of three days, visitors will be able to discover and taste wines from Bairrada, Beira Interior and Dão, as well as PDO cheeses (Beira Baixa, Rabaçal and Serra da Estrela), take part in masterclasses, workshops and show cooking sessions, and enjoy music and entertainment in a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere.
Registration for exhibitors is now open, offering an excellent opportunity for producers and brands to take part in this leading national event, which is much more than just an event – it is a celebration of the very best of the wine and cheese sectors, showcasing the Centre Region’s finest products, with a particular focus on wines and cheeses with PDO status.
InovCluster – the Central Portugal Agro-Industrial Cluster Association, as the lead organisation of the ECC PROVERE Central Portugal Cheese Consortium, together with the ECC PROVERE Fileira dos Vinhos das Regiões Vitivinícolas do Centro – Consórcio CONVICENTRO, the Intermunicipal Communities of Viseu Dão Lafões, the Coimbra Metropolitan Region, the Beiras and Serra da Estrela Region, Beira Baixa, the Leiria Region and the Aveiro Region, with the strong support of the Municipality of Viseu, are honoured to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the Prove Vinho & Queijo event, which will take place on 29, 30 and 31 May 2026 in Viseu, at the Mercado 02 de Maio, located at R. Formosa, 3500-153 Viseu.
The Prove Vinho & Queijo event is a strategic promotion project, aimed at raising the profile of the cheese and wine sector nationwide and showcasing the Central Region to the highest standard. Thus, on 29, 30 and 31 May 2026, the Prove Vinho & Queijo event aims to showcase wines from the wine-growing regions and cheeses from the Centro Region through the exhibition and sale of these products, with a special focus on wines and cheeses with PDO status.

Attendance at the Prove Vinho & Queijo event is free of charge however, to take part as an exhibitor, you must register by 15 April 2026 by sending the completed and signed Registration Form (link below) to queijosdocentro@inovcluster.pt
