The Portuguese Agrofood Cluster is the cluster for the Portuguese agri-food sector with a national dimension, which was publicly recognized by the Government in February 2017. This cluster brings together four entities, PortugalFoods, InovCluster, AgroCluster, and PortugalFresh.
With more than 440 companies and 50 other associates (non-business entities of SI&I, business associations and others), the Portuguese AgroFood Cluster represents a huge diversity of relevant actors from all regions of the country.
With this gathering model of the four entities around a common strategy, it is intended to strengthen the active participation of the various institutional and sectoral partners, and especially the companies, in building a collective strategy to support the internationalization and innovation of the agro-food sector.
