
PROJECT SUMMARY
The project is based on the Roadmap for the Decarbonisation of the Agri-Food Sector, developed by several national entities with the support of research and higher education institutions.
Main objective:
The work plan consists of the following activities:
A1. - Development of practical guides on decarbonisation for companies in the agri-food sector, focusing on industrial operations and specific sectors.
A2. - Conducting training sessions, organising training sessions for SMEs in the agri-food sector in the North, Centre and Alentejo regions, addressing topics such as ESG, sustainability and emerging technologies.
A3. - Implementation of initiatives to demonstrate and disseminate low-carbon technologies.
A4. - Promotion, publicity and dissemination of the project and its results through communication activities to ensure the involvement of companies and maximise the impact of the project.
A5. - Project management and promotion, ensuring the coordination of project activities to guarantee efficiency and the fulfilment of objectives within budget.
