PROJECT SUMMARY
EEC PROVERE - Queijos do Centro de Portugal aims to help the Centre of Portugal assert itself and be recognised, internally and externally, as a region of excellence in the production of qualified, original and authentic cheeses. It proposes to achieve this aspiration through an innovative, integrated and multi-level approach that intervenes in the different links of the industry's value chain and with a particular focus on boosting and attracting human capital, knowledge and investment to the territories that are part of the EEC.
The Action Plan for EEC PROVERE - Queijos do Centro de Portugal is therefore made up of 5 anchor projects that address the needs and challenges of the Centre Region's qualified cheese sector.
