OBJECTIVE

To train entrepreneurs for the knowledge of the main techniques of cheese production with Protected Designation of Origin in the regions Serra da Estrela, Beira Baixa and Rabaçal.

40h of theoretical component in working hours with the following contents:

  • Introduction to cheese production;
  • Good Hygienic Practices in cheese production;
  • Good Manufacturing Practices in cheese production;
  • Food safety.

40h of Practical component in cheese making with D.O.P.
