The InovFood Summit'22, the agri-food event dedicated to Innovation, Digital Transition, Sustainability and Enhancement of the Centre Region's PDO cheese, will be attended by the Minister of Territorial Cohesion, Ana Abrunhosa, to address the 2030 funding for agri-food.

Representatives from relevant organisations for the sector such as ANI, CCDRC, FIPA, IACA, Qualifica, Ruris, as well as representatives from several municipalities of the Central Region, major agri-food brands, large distribution, research centres and higher education institutions will also attend the event.

With more than 35 speakers, 6 innovative product pitches, 5 project presentations, 4 research studies, culminating in the launch of the brands: Queijos Centro de Portugal, the event will feature more than 30 brand representatives and various public and private organisations.

The InovFood Summit'22, to be held on 8, 9 and 10 November, at the Contemporary Culture Centre, in Castelo Branco, will focus on pressing issues for the agri-food sector, such as resilience and innovation, the opportunities of technology, the challenges of sustainability and the importance of enhancing the value of cheese with PDO of the Central Region.

Thus, InovCluster invites all those interested in these themes to participate in the InovFood Summit'22, which will include debates, workshops, dissemination of innovative projects and products, inspirational talks, tastings, showcookings and parallel sessions, which will demonstrate the importance of innovation, good environmental practices and digitalisation in agri-food.
