After the success of the first edition of the "School of Shepherds", held in 2019, and in a perspective of continuity, the Programme for the Enhancement of Cheese Production in the Centre Region will start with a second edition of this training activity, from 14 June 2021.
This new edition of the "Shepherds' School" is part of the project "Programme for the Enhancement of Cheese Production in the Centre Region", supported by CENTRO 2020, which aims to make a fundamental contribution to the economic enhancement of PDO cheeses.
