More strategy, more valorisation - this is the motto of the webinar on cheeses with PDO of the Central Region. The initiative is promoted by InovCluster, under the scope of the Programme for the Enhancement of the PDO Cheese Sector in the Central Region.

Besides presenting the objectives and the work already developed in this project, the action aims to present and discuss the strategy for economic valorisation and talk about the importance of cheeses with PDO.
