The organisation of the Salón de Gourmets is preparing to organise the event in a more favourable international scenario after the postponement of the 2020 edition. Nevertheless, it will remain attentive to the development of the current pandemic context so that the event follows all safety protocols.
Aware of the importance of the Spanish market for the national agri-food exports, INOVCLUSTER is advertising the participation in the Salón de Gourmets 2021 fair that will take place from 18 to 21 October in IFEMA, Madrid.
