Natexpo has the particularity of taking place in different cities each time, always alternating between Paris and Lyon, as the 2023 edition took place in Paris and the 2024 edition will take place in Lyon.

O que inclui a participação?

  • Space hire;
  • Individual stand under the Portugal umbrella (architecture, production, assembly/disassembly, decoration, transport and logistics);
  • Transport of products for exhibition at the fair (with specific conditions to be defined according to the specifics of the products to be transported);
  • On-site management and technical support;
  • Identification of potential importers/distributors on the French market;
  • Inclusion in the trade fair brochure;
  • Flight Lisboa/Porto – Lyon – Lisboa/Porto (1 person per company);
  • 3 nights' hotel accommodation (1 person per company);

How much does it cost?

  • With travel and accommodation: 6.600,00€ + IVA
  • Without travel and accommodation: 5.600,00€ + IVA

The InovCluster registration fee is added to the participation fee. The following amounts are not financed and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation:

  • Non-members: 600,00€ + IVA
  • Members:  350,00€ + IVA

Will there be financial support?

If your company is eligible for our JOINT INTERNATIONALISATION PROJECT 2023-2025, you can receive a 50% REFUND on your participation.

Companies will be reimbursed in accordance with the legislation on incentives under the Incentive System for the Qualification and Internationalisation of SMEs - Joint Project. Companies based in the North, Centre and Alentejo NUTS have a funding rate of up to 50%. Companies with headquarters in the NUT II Lisbon, Setúbal Peninsula and Algarve have a funding rate of up to 40 per cent (funding for companies with headquarters in Lisbon has been exhausted and there is no possibility of funding).
