Aware of the importance of the Spanish market for national agri-food exports, InovCluster is publicising its participation in the SALÓN GOURMET 2025 fair, which will take place from 7 to 10 April in Madrid.
Why take part?
SALÓN GOURMETS - International Fine Food and Beverages Fair is a leader in the European gourmet industry and one of the most prestigious of its kind in the world. With a history of 37 editions since 1987, ever-increasing numbers, and a clear trade-oriented spirit, this professional event is aimed at national and international visitors from the HORECA channel, the agri-food and beverage distribution and retail industries, the specialised press, and the media.
The Salón Gourmets organisers confirmed that last year's edition was attended by around +106,000 visitors, 1980 exhibitors and +15,000 international buyers from 90 countries.
What does it include?
By participating with us, Inovcluster provides what we like to call a "turnkey" service, which involves:
- Space rental;
- Individual stand (architecture, production, assembly/disassembly, decoration, transportation and logistics, including common warehouse);
- Transportation of products to be exhibited at the fair (one-way and with specific conditions to be defined according to the specifics of the products to be transported);
- Inclusion in the Fair Brochure;
- Identification of potential importers/distributors in the Spanish market;
- Flight Portugal - Madrid - Portugal (1 person per company);
- 5-night hotel stay (1 person per company);
- On-site management and technical support by InovCluster.
How much is it?
With travel and accommodation: 6 500,00€ + IVA
Without travel and accommodation: 4 960,00€ + IVA
How to participate?
To take part, you must fill in the registration form and send it to international@inovcluster.com by january 17th.
Will we have financial support?
Funding of up to 50% for eligible companies.
This action is part of the application for the 2023/2025 joint internationalization project, the ultimate aim of which is to increase the weight of international sales in companies in the agri-food sector, boosting Portugal's visibility beyond its borders. This participation is pending approval by the project's managing body.
