BIOFACH 2024 

InovCluster is organizing participation in the BIOFACH 2024 trade fair, which will take place from 13 to 16 February in Nuremberg, Germany.

Why take part?

BIOFACH is the fair of excellence dedicated to the promotion of organic products. It is an event with solid organic and sustainable principles, promoted in close partnership with producers and industry with the aim of consolidating the most important trade fair in this segment at European level.

The perfect outreach for your products with the possibility of making new contacts and presenting your range of products and innovations in the ideal environment.

BIOFACH is the international showcase for your organic products. The last edition was attended by 35,991 visitors from 137 countries and 2,791 exhibitors from the sector.

Certain of the importance of this fair as a platform for boosting exports and national production of certified organic products, not only for the primary sector but also for the industry as a whole, INOVCLUSTER is once again organizing PORTUGAL national pavilion at BIOFACH.

What does it include?

By participating with us, Inovcluster provides what we like to call a "turnkey" service, which involves:

• Space rental;
• Individual stand (architecture, production, assembly/disassembly, decoration, transportation and logistics, including common warehouse);
• Transportation of products to be exhibited at the fair (one-way and with specific conditions to be defined according to the specifics of the products to be transported);
• Inclusion in the Fair Brochure;
• Identification of potential importers/distributors in the German market;
• Flight Portugal - Nuremberg - Portugal (1 person per company);
• 5-night hotel stay (1 person per company);
• On-site management and technical support by InovCluster.

How much is it?

With travel and accommodation: 8 150,00€ + IVA
Without travel and accommodation: 6 450,00€ + IVA

How to participate?

To take part, you must fill in the registration form and send it to international@inovcluster.com by December 15th.

Will we have financial support?

Funding of up to 50% for eligible companies.
This action is part of the application for the 2023/2025 joint internationalization project, the ultimate aim of which is to increase the weight of international sales in companies in the agri-food sector, boosting Portugal's visibility beyond its borders. This participation is pending approval by the project's managing body.
