INOVFOOD SUMMIT'22 | 08 to 10 November 2022 
InovCluster is organizing the first edition of InovFood Summit'22 - InovCluster Food Summit, an event that will take place between 8, 9 and 10 November, at the Contemporary Culture Centre of Castelo Branco (CCCCB).
This is an event that aims to bring together big names and brands in the agri-food sector and bring to discussion current topics such as Innovation, Digital Transition and Sustainability.
To this end, the InovFood Summit'22 has the support of various partners, bringing together companies, academia, R&TD centres, researchers and public entities to discuss issues ranging from funding for the agri-food sector, the challenges of the sector and digitalisation, agri-food trends, sustainability or misinformation in the area of healthy eating, as well as addressing the pressing issues of the PDO cheese sector in the Central region.
InovCluster invites everyone interested in these topics to participate in the InovFood Summit, which will include debates, workshops, dissemination of innovative projects and products, inspirational talks, tastings, showcookings and parallel sessions, which will demonstrate the importance of innovation, good environmental practices and digitalisation in agri-food.
Also included in this event will be the 1st Congress for the Enhancement of Cheese with PDO in the Centre Region, under the Programme for the Enhancement of Cheese Production in the Centre Region, which will take place on 9 and 10 November.
