Company: Brand of a family business, dedicated to the art and tradition of making cheese, has been at the table of Portuguese gastronomy for more than 3 generations. Only the freshest milk is collected from the local farms to produce the cheese. Milk is used in its pure and raw form. Although the company is adapted to the new needs and current requirements, the tradition continues and the cheese treatment continues to be hand-made, guaranteeing the quality, flavor, aroma and texture of the original recipe.
